Shipping Policy

At Most Muscular, we want you to receive your products quickly so you can enjoy the best in sports nutrition. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Shipping Options (USA Only)

We currently ship orders within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Standard Shipping (Domestic):

  • Cost: $7 USD flat rate

  • Order cutoff time: 6:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Transit time: 4–7 business days (depending on carrier and destination)

Local Pickup (Sacramento, CA):

  • Customers near our store may select the “Pickup at Location” option during checkout.

  • Pickup Address: 8887 Folsom Blvd, Unit #3, Sacramento, CA 95826

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting your order.

2. Order Processing & Tracking

  • All products are processed before shipping; handling time applies to all orders.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear online.

3. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the stated timeframe, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

  • Weather conditions or natural events.

  • High-demand periods (holidays, sales).

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

4. Risk of Loss

Once an order has been shipped and tracking shows it is in the carrier’s possession, risk of loss passes to the customer. If a package is lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, Most Muscular is not responsible.

We recommend:

  • Using a secure delivery address.

  • Tracking your shipment closely.

  • Contacting the carrier directly for lost/delayed packages.

5. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@mostmuscular.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

  • Address Changes: Contact us within 24 hours of purchase to update your shipping address.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
